我們的獨木舟特意選用塑膠：更耐用。而我們出發的平台，曾是一艘被遺棄在河上的浮動餐廳——被我們救起，重獲新生。
以被丟棄之物築成
那艘被救起的浮動餐廳，如今成了我們的大本營——Grovey House——以回收木材及其他再利用的材料重建而成。
水上的一天在這裡開始，也在這裡結束——熱水淋浴、一頓熱食，還有一個就在河上的歇腳之處。
以教育喚起意識
我們的紅樹林之旅也是一堂關於環境的課。嚮導在教你操控獨木舟的同時，也會分享這片生態為何重要。
留意那片「犧牲葉」——紅樹捨棄的黃葉，滿載著它從水中濾出的鹽分。
