The floating house
Grovey sleeps up to twelve in roomy, pod-style beds. Downstairs is an eight-bed dormitory; upstairs, a private four-bed room that can be hired on its own. Whether it’s a nature retreat or a weekend with friends, there’s room for you.
Below you the river moves with the tide; above, nothing but sky and the sounds of the mangrove.
Sunset to sunrise
Watch the sun go down over the water with a cool drink in hand, then drift off to the sound of the tide. In the morning, warm tea and breakfast on the deck as the mist lifts off the mangroves.

Reach the jetty at Kampung Tanjung Mas, cross to the house, and claim your bed.

The sunrise mangrove tour was a beautiful experience. Groovy Floating House is located near a unique and extremely beautiful mangrove river with tons of active wildlife (monkeys, giant lizards & otters!!) that live near the waters of the house.
