Yes, all kids must be paired with a parent or an adult in the kayak.

We offer double kayaks for 2 people and a special triyak for 3 people, provided the combined weight does not exceed 200kg.

Yes, personal flotation devices are provided for all participants for safety.

Yes, we have changing rooms and toilets available for your convenience.

Parking is free and readily available at our location.

Absolutely! Senior citizens who regularly exercise are welcome to join.

Individuals with heart diseases or back injuries are advised not to participate for their safety.

Cancellations are acceptable if made no less than 72 hours before the scheduled kayaking session.

For groups larger than 6, cancellations need to be made at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling options are available.

Yes, all participants will receive guidance on paddling and safety training before starting the kayak journey down the river.

Yes, halfway through the journey, we will stop for mangrove and wildlife interpretation by our guide.

A light picnic with juice and fruit is included and will be served during a stop in the mangrove.

We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer during online booking.

Post-tour meal options include beef, chicken, seafood, and vegetarian dishes.

Alcohol is not allowed before and during the tour for safety reasons.

Yes, you can take pictures and videos during the tour when it is safe to do so and the kayaks are stationary.

Yes, you can rent a dry bag for RM5. Please select this option during online booking.

The maximum number of persons in a group is 20.

For groups of 6 or less, with more than one week notice of cancellation, there is a full refund given; with less than one week’s notice of cancellation, there is a 50% charge. With less than 72 hours’ notice, there is a full charge.

For groups of 7 or more, with more than two weeks’ notice of cancellation, there is a full refund given; with less than two weeks’ notice of cancellation, there is a 50% charge. With less than 72 hours’ notice, there is a full charge.

If we cancel for any reason, weather or otherwise, there is no charge. If the trip is cut short because of rain or weather, there is no refund.

If you are late for any reason, we cannot hold the tour for you. No refunds will be issued and no rescheduling will be allowed for late arrivals. Please give yourself ample time to reach our launch sites.

If you are unable to go on the trip, you are welcome to find a replacement for yourself and inform us the new participant’s details for re-submit of Outdoor Sport Insurance.  Please understand that once you’ve signed up, we lose the right to sell your reserved space to other individuals or groups.  Therefore, we regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies.
